The Duramitt® represents the natural progression in cleaning, surface preparation and finishing application products by permanently bonding an attachment ( eg. scour or sponge pad) to a protective waterproof latex mitten. The Duramitt® is a patented product that provides vastly superior performance when compared with a normal combination of an abrasive pad, latex glove and sponge.


		The Duramitt® allows the user to increase productivity. It also provides an ergonomically correct hand position that permits longer periods of comfortable activity. The Duramitt®’s “open-handed” position provides a larger working surface than that of a normal scour pad and sponge. In the past, it was necessary to grasp a pad with your fingers. This limited the available cleaning surface and put stress and strain on the user’s fingers and hand. The Duramitt® eliminates this shortcoming by allowing the user to apply pressure with the entire finger and palm area instead of just with the finger area.

The Green Mitt... has a medium grade green scouring surface for hard to clean surfaces. It is ideal for flooring, ceramic tile, maintenance equipment, cleaning ovenware and removing burnt or dried stains on pots and pans.		The Black Mitt... has the heaviest grade scouring surface to make the toughest jobs easier. The Products

The Duramitt® is available in both right and left hand models, cotton lined or unlined. The models with extra long latex mittens are great for use in deep sinks or cleaning large tanks. The latex mitten is designed for strength, flexibility and durability. Mittens are chlorinated; powder free with low protein level and waterproof.

Several different surfaces are available. There is a Duramitt® model for every type of cleaning need, surface preparation or finishing application. Models include soft sponges, non-scratch abrasive surfaces, medium grade abrasive surfaces and heavy-duty industrial grade abrasive surfaces. The acrylic material attachment is for polishing/waxing or applying paint and the rubber-stud attachment is ideal for grooming and washing pets and animals.

Latex Mitten
The latex mitten is designed for strength, flexibility and durability. Various colors, sizes, lengths, and thicknesses are available. Mittens are chrolorinated, powder free with low protein level. Waterproof.

Sponge Foams
Available in hydrophilic and hydrophobic grades in various colors, densities, firmness and cell configurations. Polyether, polyester, reticulated or cellulose foams.


Ventilation Maintenance	Dish Washing

Abrasive Surfaces (Scour pads)
Available in various thicknesses, grades and levels of flexibility. Made of durable, 3-dimensional, non-woven nylon webs impregnated with abrasive minerals. Resists splintering, tearing, shredding and loading. All abrasive surfaces have self-dressing characteristics which ensure that a consistent abrasive performance is maintained as the pad is worn. Abrasive pads are impregnated with silicon carbide, aluminium oxide or alumino-silicate grit depending on the grade of abrasive surface required.
